RZLT partnered with the VeChain Foundation to launch VeChain Builders, a Europe-wide developer onboarding initiative targeting both existing blockchain developers and those coming from traditional web development backgrounds. VeChain had strong enterprise partnerships with BMW, Walmart China, and DNV, but its developer community in Europe lacked depth and had no structured way to track whether outreach was translating into SDK adoption.

RZLT designed and executed a full developer onboarding funnel from scratch. More than 20 workshops were conducted across London, Dublin, Milan, and key CEE locations in Croatia and Slovenia, each built around hands-on interaction with the VeChain technology stack. Alongside the events, RZLT built out a comprehensive social and content strategy to drive awareness and keep developers engaged between activations.
A custom analytics dashboard was built to enable VeChain to track protocol growth, SDK adoption, and share of voice across developer platforms including Reddit, Hacker News, and Stack Overflow in real time, giving the Foundation a clear, measurable view of ecosystem traction for the first time.

The VeChain Builders initiative established the foundation for a structured, education-first developer ecosystem in Europe and set the stage for the next phase: building the Academy itself.
