Build with Claude - A Grassroots Community Movement Born in the Balkans
There was no brief, no client, no corporate sponsor. In March 2026, the team looked at the Croatian and Bulgarian builder communities — developers, founders, marketers, operators and decided the region deserved a space to learn, share, and build with AI together. Build with Claude is that space. An independent, community-driven meetup series organized by RZLT, expanding city by city across the Balkans.
There was no brief, no client, no corporate sponsor. Build with Claude is that space. An independent, community-driven meetup series organized by RZLT, expanding city by city across the Balkans.
How It Started
Zagreb was first. 140 people showed up to the first Claude Code meetup in the entire Balkan region. Three speakers, a live multi-agent orchestration demo that nearly ran out of credits on stage, and an unplanned panel where the audience surfaced tools nobody had put on the agenda. A WhatsApp community of 100+ builders was born the same night.
Sofia came next. 230 people registered for 120 spots. 100+ walked through the door. Founders, developers, marketers, and business builders in the same room, sharing real workflows and demos. No theory. The actual flows running today.
