Bridging Legacy Systems and Modern Automation

RPA By Workato

RZLT partnered with Robotiq to design, position, and launch RPA by Workato, a custom-built solution and dedicated platform that extends Workato’s native automation capabilities with robust RPA functionality. The goal was to clearly communicate how Workato users can automate both modern SaaS tools and legacy, non-API systems through a unified, enterprise-ready approach.

Challenge

RZLT was tasked with solving three core challenges. First, explain a technically complex solution in a way that is immediately understandable to user. Second, differentiate RPA by Workato from traditional standalone RPA tools. Third, showcase real enterprise value by highlighting how legacy systems can finally be automated without compromising scalability, security, or governance.

Many Workato users rely on modern integrations but still operate critical processes on legacy systems that lack APIs. Existing messaging did not clearly articulate how RPA could seamlessly extend automation into these environments. The challenge was not just building a website, but crafting a narrative that connects RPA, iPaaS, and enterprise automation into one cohesive story.

Results

We worked closely with RPA By Workato Team to design and launch rpabyworkato.com as a focused product site. The website was built to educate, convert, and support sales conversations, with a strong emphasis on clarity, enterprise credibility, and real-world applicability.

We developed a structured messaging framework that explains how RPA by Workato enables automation across both legacy systems and modern applications, positioning it as a complementary layer rather than a competing tool. The site highlights key use cases, architectural advantages, and practical scenarios where traditional automation falls short without RPA.
