RZLT partnered with Caffeine.ai to build one of the strongest regional AI footprints in the Balkans and CEE. Through ecosystem partnerships, ambassadors, live events, and education, Caffeine.ai became a recognized as one of the leaders in agentic development within the region.
RZLT partnered with Caffeine.ai to build one of the strongest regional AI footprints in the Balkans and CEE. Through ecosystem partnerships, ambassadors, live events, and education, Caffeine.ai became a recognized as one of the leaders in agentic development within the region.
Challenge
RZLT received a mission with three primary objectives. First, establish strong regional visibility in trusted local communities. Second, build an ecosystem of partners, ambassadors, and technical groups capable of creating long term support for the platform. Third, educate and activate developers through hands-on workshops and live prompting sessions.
To do this, RZLT formed more than 30 partnerships with universities, co-working spaces, NGOs, developer communities, and technology companies. RZLT also onboarded more than 10 ambassadors across key cities including Skopje, Sofia, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Podgorica, Split, Rijeka, and Budapest. This created a network of local advocates who supported continuous education, highlighting practical use cases and inspiring adoption. A coordinated social and content strategy reached audiences across the region and positioned Caffeine.ai as the leading agentic development platform.
