Creating the Community Driven Node-Operator Program
Biconomy.io
In Q2 2025, Biconomy launched the Test-Node Operator Program (TNOP) to validate its Modular Execution Environment (MEE) through community-driven relayer nodes. Volunteers deployed testnet nodes, maintained them under stress tests, and contributed to critical network insights. Designed and executed by RZLT, this initiative now offers a tested framework for ecosystems seeking rapid decentralization through community engagement.

Community & Brand Impact
The "TNOP Program" narrative created a strong sense of ownership among contributors, transforming participants from SDK users into committed network builders.
Organic coverage across X (Twitter), Telegram, and developer circles extended well beyond the immediate community, attracting attention from professional node operators and technical teams. This momentum established the foundations of a lead generation funnel for future enterprise-grade node operators. The visibility gained during the campaign positioned the Biconomy Network as an attractive destination for experienced operators seeking scalable and innovative multi-chain infrastructure to participate in. Early signs of market traction emerged, validating the community-first engagement strategy while building a durable operator network.

Results
Over the past four weeks, the ecosystem experienced explosive momentum across every core metric. Messages posted surged to 1,051, marking a 596 percent jump, while unique visitors climbed to 1,847 (up 483 percent). New Discord members increased to 2,597, a massive 25,871 percent rise, accompanied by 626 active communicators (up 15,550 percent). Even 24 hour new member retention reached an impressive 42.7 percent, up by 35.1 percent. The community is not just growing, it is accelerating.
Node engagement followed the same upward trajectory. More than 800 unique node URLs were submitted, with operators organically covering 11 different testnets without any enforced allocation. Ninety percent of nodes passed the initial health check, and nearly all remaining nodes were brought online after community driven troubleshooting. The network demonstrated not only scale, but resilience and self organization.
