You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality reference and learning materials for a developer audience, helping them better understand, use, and build with technical products.
You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content, from developer documentation and technical guides to tutorials and educational resources. A strong understanding of computer science and blockchain technology will help you succeed in the role.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and developer-friendly content.
Research and understand protocols, products, APIs, tools, and underlying technologies to explain them accurately and effectively.
Create a range of technical content, including developer guides, tutorials, technical explainers, product specifications, release notes, TL;DRs, and sample code.
Write, maintain, and continuously improve technical documentation, including API docs, integration guides, user manuals, architecture documentation, and troubleshooting resources.
Own the structure, tone, and format of documentation based on the audience, product, and use case.
Work closely with developers, engineers, designers, editors, and content teams to turn technical knowledge into high-quality, accessible content.
Create developer-first resources that support product onboarding, education, adoption, and ongoing use.
Leverage AI tools to improve research, writing, editing, and content workflows while maintaining accuracy and strong editorial judgment.
Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, adapting content as products, requirements, and priorities evolve.
Apply SEO best practices and keyword research to improve the discoverability of relevant technical content.
Contribute to broader content strategies across technical, educational, and social channels.
Translate technical topics into engaging short-form content for X/Twitter.
Prepare and publish social content using existing designs, templates, and brand guidelines.
Support day-to-day content operations and maintain a consistent publishing cadence
5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role in software, developer tooling, or another technical environment.
Strong technical foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with and a strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience creating developer-focused documentation, including API references, integration guides, technical specifications, architecture documentation, and tutorials.
Strong familiarity with GitHub and version control workflows.
Experience with documentation platforms such as Docusaurus, GitBook, Read the Docs, or similar tools.
Strong research, information-structuring, editing, and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for clarity and accuracy.
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
Experience creating technical content for social media, particularly X/Twitter, is a plus.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve research, writing, editing, and content workflows while maintaining accuracy and strong editorial judgment.
Strong written English with an obsession for clarity, accuracy, and precision.
Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to ask the right questions, challenge unclear information, and take ownership of the final output.
