As a Junior Developer at RZLT, you'll support the development team in building, maintaining, and improving the tools, systems, and platforms that power our projects. You'll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll never stop learning.
Help document and maintain clean, well-structured code
Assist in version control and code deployment
Debug and troubleshoot software issues
Collect and evaluate user feedback for improvements
Contribute to ongoing enhancements and optimization
Help maintain system security and performance
Create technical documentation
Use Agentic Tools such as Cursor, Loveable, and Others to build internal products and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python)
Familiarity with blockchain coding languages (Rust, Solidity...)
Understanding of front-end and back-end development principles
Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub
Knowledge of frameworks or libraries (AngularJS, .NET, etc.) is a plus
Interest or experience in Web3 development is a plus
Interest in Agentic Tools and Principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curious mindset and willingness to learn fast
Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
