Support daily community operations across ongoing campaigns and activations.
Monitor, moderate, and engage with community members to maintain a positive, respectful environment.
Analyze engagement metrics and community feedback to optimize strategy.
Collaborate closely with growth, content, marketing, and leadership teams.
Organize and manage community events such as AMAs, webinars, spaces, and interactive sessions.
Bring structure, momentum, and creative energy to all community touchpoints.
2+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, or a similar role.
Strong familiarity with Web3, blockchain ecosystems, crypto culture, DAOs, and dApps.
Hands-on experience managing communities across platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.
Proven results in growing and engaging online communities.
Experience with guerrilla marketing tactics and growth hacking methods.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote, async teams.
A proactive mindset - you spot opportunities and act on them fast.
