Josip Vlah and Ranko Gajanovic from RZLT opened by walking the room through how an AI-native marketing and growth agency runs Claude across client accounts, content operations, and internal strategy. RZLT has been building with Claude operationally for over two years, developing agentic workflows, content systems, and growth infrastructure for clients across AI, Fintech, SaaS, Blockchain, and B2B verticals. Matea S. and Filip Milosheski from House of Blockchain and Calimero Network followed with a breakdown of how Claude AI gets used daily across operations, finance, and business decisions at their organizations.
